Stanis Billy
CTO and Integration Specialist
Stanis Laus Billy is the CTO of CyberActa, where he leads software engineering and systems integration efforts. Based in Massachusetts, he brings over 15 years of experience driving digital transformations and cloud migrations in regulated industries, spanning SaaS, healthtech, medtech IoT, travel, and staffing technology. Billy has built and led R&D teams to deliver reliable, secure products from inception, including guiding a company through HITRUST certification. His leadership experience ranges from founding his own startup to a SaaS company with $80M ARR and leading a global engineering organization of 150+ people. He is now focused on bringing SynapCon’s offerings to the U.S. market.
