Throughout his career, Malcolm has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Bayer, Novartis, and Actelion, where he consistently delivered successful product strategies, turnaround initiatives, and above-target commercial performance. As Owner and Director of InterComm, he has continued to advise healthcare companies on early-stage assets and strategic communications.
